Job Description
Position: Admin Clerk - Ticketing
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide support to HR Officer (Ticketing Unit) in Travel Related administrative services.
- Entering the record into master data base and keeping a track record for which tickets are issued.
- Checking the travel request form, submitted by JAL departments.
- Process Business & work travel allowances claim as per company policies and procedures.
- Ensure claim and required documents is complete and accurate before submitting to finance department for processing payment
- Prepare Agency wise daily sales report.
- Maintain supporting documents and update HR files with ticket issuance details time to time.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for the wait list confirmation.
- Responsible to issue tickets during the absence of HR Officer (Ticketing).
- Arrange the tickets for mobilizations from Recruitment Sections.
- Cross checking the ticket fares with Vendors and negotiate with vendors for issuing tickets.
- Receive Invoice from Travel Agencies and submit to finance for payment along with necessary reports and supporting documents.
Required Competencies :
- Should have enough capacity to handle the work under pressure. Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets, Should be committed to diversity and equality culture.
Required Work Experience:
- Experience in the Business Travel operations, administration and document processing will be an advantage.
Education/Qualification Requirements:
- High school diploma in Human Resource Management / administration. Must have Experience in SAP
