Role Summary/Purpose:

An erection engineer oversees the major components of an erection, including budgetary concerns, time management, supply cycles, and safety regulations. Though erection engineers have specific duties, the job can encompass a wide variety of functions at an erection site.

The Candidate Should Have Experience in The Following Spheres:

• Good Knowledge of Plastic raw materials (in particular PVC) and PVC additives,etc.
• Sound Knowledge of PVC compounding possibilities and modifications and process system, using high speed mixers and processing parameters for compounding PVC with various colors and its properties to achieve better production.
• Experience in manufacturing of RPVC electrical conduit fittings using Injection moulding machines is preferred.
• Able to do Process monitoring and trouble shooting of PVC processing.
• Good Knowledge of mold selection and settings on the machines.
• Able to do Parameter setting of machines Able to start machine independently.
• Able to solve simple electrical and mechanical problems rising during production.
• Trials of new molds and making try out formats.
• Knowledge of Hydraulic, electrical circuit of injection machines will be advantageous.
• Should have experience in quality control and rectifying the problems by changing parameter settings of the machine.
• Monitor wastage to reduce material wastage & purging.
• Working experience in Engel, Ferromatic and Windsor machines is preferred.
• Training of operators on machines, systems, safety, and customer requirements relating to production.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Diploma in Plastics (CIPET) or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engg Preferred:

• Training in vocational schools, or an associate's degree.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

Age Limit:

• 25 to 35 years

Salary Scale:

• SR 3000.00 – SR 4000.00
