Role Summary/Purpose:

An erection engineer oversees the major components of an erection, including budgetary concerns, time management, supply cycles, and safety regulations. Though erection engineers have specific duties, the job can encompass a wide variety of functions at an erection site.

The Candidate Should Have Experience in The Following Spheres:

• Undertaking preventive and break down maintenance of Extruders/Injection moulding machines, downstream equipment's, with ancillary machines for PVC processing. Including compressors, pneumatic material handling and conveying systems.
• Tracking and settling major Maintenance problems of the production machinery.
• Ensuring low machine down time for getting maximum production.
• If required develop, modify & improve machineries & tools electrical design.
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of thirstier electronic control panels and drives and all types of switch gears.
• PLC,s system programing and installation.
• Setting and trouble shooting of VFD, PLC units, electrical control panels, etc.
• Knowledge of control wiring and industrial wiring.
• Maintenance of AC & DC Drives.
• Fault finding & Calibration of Temp Controllers, digital counters, encoders, calculation of voltages drop.
• Preferable in AutoCAD design and SCADA system.
• Ability to coordinate with various departments.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Diploma in Electronic/Electrical:

• Training in vocational schools, or an associate's degree.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

Age Limit:

• 25 to 35 years

Salary Scale:

• SR 3000.00 – SR 4000.00.
