Role Summary/Purpose:

An erection engineer oversees the major components of an erection, including budgetary concerns, time management, supply cycles, and safety regulations. Though erection engineers have specific duties, the job can encompass a wide variety of functions at an erection site.

The Candidate Should Have Experience in The Following Spheres:

• Ability to assist the process technician during time of extruder machine starting (admitting flushing compounds, removal of purged materials, check the vacuum bathwater spray, check roundness of pipe and edges& monitor the socket authenticity).
• Average Knowledge of manufacturing of RPVC pipes, elect conduit pipes using single & Twin screw extruders is preferred.
• Knowledge of die head & die setting, processing, realize variations, etc.
• Average Knowledge in selecting proper tools such as die bush, pins, sizing sleeves, socketing tools etc.
• Average exp machine parameters and die and socketing machine setting Should have ability to check visually pipe diameters, thickness & eccentricity, etc Follow up process technician instructions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Good English Speaking and Writing:

• Training in vocational schools, or an associate's degree.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

Age Limit:

• 20 to 30 years

Salary Scale:

• SR 2000 – SR 3000.00
