Repair Service Technician - Discrete Automation and Motion (Dodo: DM-05)
As Repair Service Technician, you will bo responsible to performs technical repair activities in accordance with contractual agreements, and in alignment with quality standards and safety procedure. Handles customer claims, and executes Investigation reports. Communicates with suppliers to identify actions or solutions to solve customer claim. Monitors parts supply to ensure that relevant parts are in stock and at appropriate quilty. Ensures technical oversight of external service technicians. Provides the sales team with repair procedure guidance for use in customer offers. Provides customer technical support through phone and on-sito activity. Identifies types of faults and plan repair operetions In a workshop.
Education: Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years in Motors and Generators/Drivers, must be fluent in English
