Position Description:

The Contract representative provides contracts Administration, Initiates guidelines, coordinates activities and provides technical expertise to assure the proper and timely development and/or maintenance and administration of contracts. Maintains conformity to the accepted corporate contracting policies and procedures, and ensures that all indirect contractual requirements are considered in cost estimates while submitting proposals for bidding in a timely and cost-effective manner. Provides direction to relate contract actions, such as contract initiation processes, technical evaluation criteria, contractor evaluation, contract extensions, contract renewals and termination. The candidate will not have primary approval authority, but will recommend approval based on technical requirements and contract administration experience.

Estimator-1 No:

Bachelor Degree in Finance/Cost Accounting /HR / Engineering with minimum 8 years experience in cost estimation of manpower recruitment/outsourcing organization. Must be familiar with various components of Manpower costing, which include but not limited to costing related to Recruitment, Mobilization, Overhead and other related expenses. Work experience with international recruitment firm or Mega recruitment companies will be an add advantage. Candidate must have excellent skills in Excel and familiar with Financial and HR Terms. Middle east experience will be an added advantage
