Role Summary/Purpose:

An erection engineer oversees the major components of an erection, including budgetary concerns, time management, supply cycles, and safety regulations. Though erection engineers have specific duties, the job can encompass a wide variety of functions at an erection site.

The Candidate Should Have Experience in The Following Spheres:

• Sound Knowledge of Plastic raw materials (in particular PVC) and PVC additives, etc.
• Sound Knowledge of PVC compounding possibilities and modifications and process system, using high speed mixers and processing parameters for compounding PVC with various colors and its properties to achieve better production.
• Ability to plan and optimize production and achieve its target.
• Managing a team of operators, through guiding and encouragement.
• Training of Process technicians & operators on machines, systems, safety, and customer requirements relating to production.
• Preparation of production and parameter documents, down time, control charts to verify consistency, cause and effect analysis etc.
• Troubleshooting in injection moldings processes in case required by process technician.
• Trials of new molds and making try out formats.
• Sound Knowledge of injection molds machines, and molds setting. Preferably in electrical fittings processing, able to fix mold, start and set machine for optimum production.
• Very Good Knowledge of mechanical / electrical/electronic maintenance would be added advantage.
• Good Knowledge of hydraulic valves ie directional valves, proportional valves, relief valves etc.
• Working experience in Engel, Ferromatic and Windsor machines are preferred.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Diploma in Plastics (CIPET) or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engg Preferred:

• Training in vocational schools, or an associate's degree.

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

Age Limit:

• 30 to 35 years

Salary Scale:

• SR 4000.00 – SR 5000.00
