FREE REGISTRATION WITH CHAUDHRY ASSOCIATES RESUME BANK:

Registration with Chaudhry Associates Resume Bank is optional for anyone and its purpose is to enable maximum candidates to be considered for employment abroad. If a candidate is selected by employer without interview/test, No fee (application process fee) will be charged.

• Registration fee for various categories stands abolished and registration with Chaudhry Associates Resume Bank is free of cost.
• Free registration is valid for six months. This will be cancelled if not renewed within 2 months after its expiry.
• Renewal is essential to keep the resumes’ updated and to maintain the status of willingness and availability of candidates for employment abroad.
• For renewal of registration, candidates will be required to submit a written application or an E-mail request also indicate any change in their resume, contact information, education and experience.
• Renewal request through e-mail shall only be accepted from the e-mail address already given in the resume of the candidates.

METHOD/PROCESS OF FREE REGISTRATION:

The candidate interested in foreign employment shall fill the Personal History Form .The duly filled Personal History Form should be submitted /sent to nearest office of the Corporation.

Interested candidates can also register through Internet free of cost using registration facility on Chaudhry Associates website. They can also create and update their resumes'. Those candidates who do not have the ability to register and create his resume through Internet, Chaudhry Associates will do the same on submission of written application (hard copy) by the candidate.

BENEFITS OF Free REGISTRATION:

• During the valid period of registration the CV of the candidate will remain published on Chaudhry Associates website in respective category(s). The foreign employers from around the world visit Chaudhry Associates website to search for the candidates of their requirements and they will be able to see select a CV for employment.
• Chaudhry Associates continuously receives demands of foreign employers for suitable candidates according to their specific requirements. Chaudhry Associates than searches for CVs of suitable candidates registered in its Resume Bank and forwards them to the foreign employer electronically or in printed form.
• Candidates are selected after final interview by the employer and sometimes outstanding candidates are selected at their CVs.

PROCEDURE TO APPLY AGAINST ADVERTISED POST:

• Candidates of all categories i.e. Professional, Highly Skilled, Semi Skilled and Un-Skilled may submit there afresh application against each job published in National Press/Chaudhry Associates Website.
• To apply the candidates should preferably fill Personal History Form and send the same alongwith copies of supporting documents, latest resume. (indicating e-mail and telephone numbers), copy of NIC, two photographs etc with prescribed application fee for each position.
• Already registered candidates CV online service of Chaudhry Associates, needs not to fill the Personal History Form again. They may indicate their registration number and apply on plain paper along with supporting documents and prescribed application fee.

PRESCRIBED APPLICATION FEE:

The application fee is being charged against processing cost incurred on arranging the interviews and to meet the cost of visiting delegates.

• For Professional and Highly Skilled (candidates who Possess Master’s Degree & above or Bachelors Degree , Regular Diploma or Associate Diploma) Rs. 500/-.
• For Semi Skilled and un-skilled (candidates who possess regular Education/Training /Certification in any field) Rs: 500/- .

PROCEDURE FOR EXISTING REGISTERED MEMBERS OF CV ONLINE SERVICE:

Existing members of CV-online service may apply against any advertised job, free of cost during their valid period of registration indicating their CV.ID number and by attaching all supporting documents.

OBTAINING PERSONAL HISTORY FORM FOR REGISTRATION:

Personal History Forms are available from all offices of the Corporation on payment of Rs: 500 for Professional and Highly Skilled candidates as prescribed application fee in cash.

Personal History From can also be downloaded from Chaudhry Associates website www.chaudhryassociates.com or by sending an e-mail request at ca718@wol.net.pk the registration form will be sent to you through return e-mail.

Personal History Forms are also available with Managers of Employment Exchanges in the province of Punjab.
